Your week at Soren, morning to evening.
Six Reformer Pilates classes a day on weekdays and four at weekends. Every class is 50 minutes, led by our instructors on studio-grade reformers.
Recovery Schedule
Private & Duo Sessions, 40 minutes each.
Book your Recovery Room session directly through the Soren website or mobile app, as a standalone experience or alongside a Reformer Pilates class.

Cancellation Policy
A smooth experience for everyone.
We kindly ask all clients to respect our cancellation policy. If you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact the studio before your scheduled session.
Up to 12 hours before
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Within 12 hours
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session cost one class credit, or the amount paid for single bookings. No additional fees apply.
No-shows
Clients who do not attend without prior cancellation lose one class credit, or the amount paid for single bookings. No additional fees apply.
Late arrivals
There is a grace period of up to 5 minutes after the start time. After that, entry is not permitted for safety and to avoid disrupting other clients.
