1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings for Pilates reformer classes and Recovery Room sessions are managed through Soren’s booking platform, powered by YOGO.

All bookings are subject to availability and require valid class credits or an active membership.

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes.

2. Credit & Package Validity

Credits are valid from the date of purchase, according to the following periods:

Pilates Reformer

  • Single Class: 1 month.
  • 4 Class Pack: 2 months.
  • 8 Class Pack: 3 months.

Recovery Room — Individual & Duo Sessions

  • Single Individual or Duo Session: 1 month.
  • 4 Individual Session Pack: 2 months.
  • 8 Individual Session Pack: 3 months.
  • 4 Duo Session Pack: 2 months.
  • 8 Duo Session Pack: 3 months.

Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

Packages are personal and non-transferable, except for Duo sessions and packages, which allow two people to attend the same Recovery Room session. Each Recovery Room time slot is booked exclusively, as either an Individual or a Duo session.

3. Memberships

Soren offers memberships including 1, 2, 3 or 4 classes per week, together with 1, 2, 3 or 4 complimentary Recovery Room sessions per month respectively, billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Memberships automatically renew each month on the renewal date displayed in the customer’s YOGO account.

Payment for each new billing period is processed using the customer’s authorised payment method.

Memberships have no minimum commitment period.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time by giving 30 days’ notice. The membership, including payments, remains active until the end of the notice period.

Included classes and complimentary Recovery Room sessions must be used within the applicable monthly billing period and do not roll over to the following period. Complimentary Recovery Room sessions are Individual sessions and are non-accumulative.

Weekly class allowances, booking rules and renewal dates are displayed before subscription.

4. Booking Cancellations

Pilates reformer classes and Recovery Room sessions may be cancelled without losing a credit up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, result in the loss of the corresponding credit.

No additional cancellation or no-show fee applies. This policy applies to single bookings, class packs, memberships and Recovery Room sessions.

If Soren cancels a session, customers will be offered rescheduling, credit restoration or a refund where legally required.

5. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Distance contracts are subject to applicable statutory withdrawal rights, including, as a general rule, a 14-day withdrawal period.

Where a customer expressly requests that services begin during this period, the consequences provided by applicable law may apply, including proportionate payment for services already provided where legally required.

Booking cancellation rules do not replace or restrict statutory withdrawal rights.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Gift cards can be used for single Pilates classes, class packs, and Individual or Duo Recovery Room sessions and packages. They cannot be used for memberships.
